How much does the composite decking cost?

Does the composite decking have a guarantee?

Yes, we believe our product is of a high standard and back that up with a warranty for your peace of mind. The Hollow and Solid Grade boards have a 10-year warranty provided it has been installed following our installation guidelines. For know more detail, pls contact us.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to get it?

Depending on different quantity, we need about 15~40 days for production. Then sea shipping time will also take about 30~45 days. Further information on our delivery service can be found here.

What are Forestar WPC decking and others made of?

The raw material of Forestar WPC decking and others: 60% bamboo powder, 28% HDPE, 12% additive. It is co-extruded with a polyethylene top layer for ultra low-maintenance performance. We can also adjust the formula of raw material according to your request.

Are the decking boards reversible?

We advise the boards to be laid small groove side up. You may wish to lay them differently hower you may experience increased slippage and colour change when laying the boards differently, and this is done at your discretion.

Do WPC decking and others products fade?

WPC decking and others will lighten over time to a beautiful, weathered tone within the same color family. This color-tone shift is dependent upon exposure to sunlight and other environmental factors. The weathering process begins upon installation and is generally complete within 60 to 90 days. Based on independent test research, it has been determined that WPC decking and others will experience virtually no fading as it is co-extruded with a durable outer shell.

Can I amend/add to my decking order once I have placed it?

Yes, you can, however, please note this may slow the delivery process down. Delivery estimates are from the most recent order/amendment date.
